Market structure is more than just levels and lines you place on your price chart.
It's not some magical carpet ride trading to and fro. Market Structure is a guide for a sense of direction.
The two strongest types of structure are zones and trend lines.
There is a way to put them together and make strong trading decisions.
Below is a video based on zones and trend lines. Give it a look...
Once you understand how to put these structures together, it's important to pay attention to the market cycles.
The market cycles are trend, retracements, and reversals. You as the trader will have to decipher between which cycle the market is in.
Trend refers to uptrend and downtrend which is the overall sense of direction the market is moving.
Retracements refer to the pullbacks price makes before continuing its movement.
Reversals refers to price going from a downtrend to an uptrend and vice versa.
We will get into how to decipher the difference in the July trading workshops.
